I had an excellent stay at the beautiful Bijou Malthouse. The owners were incredibly helpful and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. The room was well-presented and had all the facilities I needed, including a kitchenette for preparing meals. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh bread, milk, and cereals provided upon arrival. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby Heart of England Forest and the charming town of Stratford on Avon. I also enjoyed the cozy garden room with its lovely view. Despite a minor issue with the front door, Sue assured me of my safety and promised to have it fixed for my next visit. I highly recommend Bijou Malthouse for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The value for money at this place was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, with beautiful countryside walks nearby and a charming pub within walking distance. The staff, Suzie and Roger, were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.
The menu for breakfast could have offered a wider variety of options.

I recently stayed at the charming Bijou Malthouse in Alcester for a delightful two nights. The cozy room offered a comfortable double bed and a well-equipped kitchen with a hob, microwave, and fridge. The separate bathroom was a nice touch. Adjacent to the guest house, there was a lovely summer house in the owner's garden where I could relax on comfortable sofas and keep warm by the log burner. The location was ideal, with easy access to surrounding towns by car. The entire place was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would definitely return.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was well-equipped with a small kitchenette, including a hob, microwave, and fridge. This allowed us to cook our own meals and have the flexibility we needed. The owners were very welcoming and even left us some food items like cereals and milk, which was a nice touch. the location was ideal for exploring the surrounding towns as they were easily accessible by car.
That the front door was difficult to open and lock due to the wood expanding from heavy rainfall. Other than this minor inconvenience, there was nothing else that we disliked about our stay.

The cabin at the bottom of the garden was a great spot to relax and enjoy the countryside views. It was a real bonus to have a restaurant nearby, making it convenient to grab a meal. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
The hot water in the shower was a bit of a letdown. While the host did address the issue and fix it, the water temperature still didn't reach the level I prefer.
